Mounir El Hamdaoui starts for Fiorentina against Atalanta, who continue with German Denis in attack.

Mounir El Hamdaoui has been drafted into the Fiorentina starting lineup for their Serie A game against Atalanta away from home this evening.

The striker comes into the team because of injuries to Luca Toni and Stevan Jovetic, while Adem Ljajic is only on the bench because of a reported muscular problem he suffered in the Viola's final training session.

Meanwhile, Maxi Moralez has recovered from his injury for Atalanta but earns only a place on the bench tonight as striker German Denis will be supported by Giacomo Bonaventura and Marko Livaja from attacking midfield.

Atalanta: Consigli; Stendardo, Lucchini, Scaloni; Del Grosso, Radovanovic, Biondini, Bonaventura; Livaja, Brienza; Denis
Subs: Polito, Frezzolini, Troisi, Moralez, Canini, Giorgi, Contini, Brivio, Ferri, De Luca, Palma, Parra

Fiorentina Viviano; Rodriguez, Roncaglia, Compper; Pasqual, Sissoko, Pizarro, Borja Valero, Aquilani; Cuadrado; El Hamdaoui
