Everton defender Sylvain Distin believes that the match against Arsenal on Tuesday is no more important than any other game.

Sylvain Distin has played down Tuesday's match between Everton and Arsenal, claiming that there are "no small games" in the Premier League.

The Toffees kept alive their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League by beating Queens Park Rangers 2-0 on Saturday, but Distin believes that consistency will be key at the end of the season.

"We have three clean sheets out of the last four games. Tuesday is only as important as today's (Saturday) game or any of the other 30 we have played," the French defender told the club's website.

"There are no small games, we have to be consistent. We just have the final push to get fourth or fifth place."

Everton are currently three points outside the Champions League places.
