Arsene Wenger: 'Aaron Ramsey will miss Liverpool trip'

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger confirms that midfielder Aaron Ramsey will not be ready to face Liverpool in the Premier League as he nurses a hamstring strain.

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Aaron Ramsey will miss Arsenal's match against Liverpool in the Premier League next weekend.

The midfielder did not play in Saturday's victory over Newcastle United after sustaining a hamstring injury in the Champions League earlier this week.

The Gunners manager told reporters: "Ramsey will be out for a few weeks and [Laurent] Koscielny as well. They will not be back next week."

It has been reported that the Wales international will be out for four weeks.
