Arsene Wenger insists that he will focus on the positives from Arsenal's 2-2 draw with Swansea in the FA Cup yesterday and believes that his side showed strong mental qualities.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that his side did enough to beat Swansea City on Sunday in an FA Cup tie that came alive in the last 30 minutes.

Michu scored the opening goal just minutes after coming on as a sub, but the Gunners responded and took the lead late on thanks to goals from Lukas Podolski and Kieran Gibbs.

Danny Graham forced a replay with an equaliser in the closing stages, although Wenger revealed that he was relieved to see his side stay alive in the competition.

He told the club's official website: "We should have won this game. We've shown quality, spirit and heart and it would be quite good if we could repeat that.

"We kept going, yes. From midfield we always created chances. Their keeper kept them in the game.

"I felt when we conceded the corner (for the second goal), we lacked a little bit of calmness and focus. But overall we have shown good mental quality."

The two sides will lock horns in the replay at the Emirates on Wednesday, January 16 for the right to play Brighton & Hove Albion in the fourth round.
