Alfreton Town make double signing

Conference Premier basement side Alfreton Town sign strikers Karl Hawley and Bennie Igiehon on one-year contracts.

Alfreton Town have strengthened their squad with the signings of strike pair Karl Hawley and Bennie Igiehon.

Thirty-two-year-old Hawley was a free agent after leaving Torquay United, while Igiehon recently had a spell with Swiss side FC Langenthal.

Both players have signed one-year deals with Alfreton, who are yet to register a point in the Conference Premier this season.

Neither player will make their debut against leaders Barnet on Saturday afternoon.
