AC Milan striker Robinho suffers a thigh injury in training on Tuesday.

AC Milan striker Robinho has been ruled out of the club's Serie A clash with Lazio on Saturday after suffering an injury to his right thigh.

The 28-year-old picked up the knock in training on Tuesday and it us understood that he will undergo more tests next week, according to Goal.com.

Meanwhile, Milan also revealed that Christian Abbiati missed the training session with a chest infection, but the experienced stopper is expected to return on Saturday.

Milan currently occupy 11th spot in Serie A.
