The Hurricanes won by eight wickets, with the partnership of Owais Shah and Travis Brit racking up an unbeaten score of 95 runs from 52 balls.

Tim Paine was caught for 28 by Cameron Gannon with The Heat skipper James Hopes delivering, as Hopes then caught Jon Wells on 38 after a Ben Cutting delivery.

The visitors ran up a score of 175 from 19 overs, with The Heat scoring 172 from the full 20.
