England have finished the morning session on 67-3 on day two of the second Test against New Zealand at Headingley.

After the first day was rained off, the hosts got off to a bad start in their innings as Nick Compton was caught by Dean Brownlie off the bowling of Tim Southee for 11.

Alastair Cook and Jonathan Trott looked to have steadied the side following the early loss, but Trott was dismissed for 28 just before lunch when he was caught behind by Brendan McCullum from Neil Wagner's delivery.

Cook then went with the very next ball as he was caught by Brownlie off Doug Bracewell for 34 to leave England in uncertain territory heading into the afternoon.
