England bowl out Pakistan for 99

England destroy Pakistan in the early session of the first day of the third Test but continue to struggle with the bat as they go 19-2 at tea.

England started off the third Test against Pakistan brightly, bowling out their opponents on 99 in 44.1 overs.

Stuart Broad and James Anderson were the heroes for the visitors as they took a combined seven wickets in the opening session in Dubai.

Monty Panesar also continued his form by snatching two wickets after Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first on the first day of the final Test.

The first five wickets tumbled in the first hour, with seven gone by lunch, which left England with an advantage after the first innings in Dubai.

Despite a super start to the first day, the visitors continued to struggle at the crease as they entered the field for their batting session.

Alastair Cook couldn't get off the mark as he was bowled out by Akmal after claiming just five runs. Jonathan Trott didn't take long to join his teammate after suffering an lbw on seven runs.

England are 19-2 at tea on the opening day.
