Kell Brook says that he would be interested in fighting either Ricky Hatton or Amir Khan.

British welterweight Kell Brook has revealed that a new nutrition plan has him feeling the best he has ever felt before a fight.

The 26-year-old takes on Argentina's Hector Saldivia at the Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield on October 20 for the right to fight for the IBF strap, currently held by Randall Bailey.

'Special K' overcame tough American Carson Jones on points in July, but said that he is in better shape now thanks to his new regime.

"I've done my own diet since I was an amateur, all the way through my career, and I think it showed in [the Carson Jones] fight that I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to nutrition. So we've brought a nutritionist on board and a strength and conditioner," Brook told Sky Sports News.

"Normal boxers have porridge in the morning. For me, it's fillet steak and broccoli. I'm having weird combinations of meals but I'm full of energy when I'm in the gym. I'm the best honestly that I've ever felt for a fight."

Brook also talked up the possibility of an all-British fight against either Ricky Hatton or Amir Khan.

When asked about the prospect, he replied: "Definitely. Since becoming a boxer, I've wanted to fight the best out there. The fans in Britain need to see me, Ricky and Amir. Put it on in a big stadium, and do a mega event for the fans in Britain.

"I'm hearing great things about Ricky. He's come really light and I think he can bounce back and show what he's been doing all his career."

Brook is unbeaten in 28 bouts.
