Khan's light-welterweight clash with the Mexican will headline a bill featuring Olympic bronze medallist Anthony Ogogo's first professional fight.
The Bolton fighter's brother, Haroon, will also be making his debut on the card that will mark Khan's first fight on home soil since he beat Paul McCloskey in Manchester back in 2011.
Khan had previously lost his last two fights to Lamont Peterson and Danny Garcia before his victory over Carlos Molina in December.
