The Golden State Warriors needed a late three-pointer to seal a one-point win over the Atlanta Hawks.

Andre Iguodala made the game-winning shot as the buzzer went to signal the end of the fourth quarter, which the Warriors had started eight points behind.

The Los Angeles Clippers stopped the Dallas Mavericks from scoring late on to come from behind in the final four minutes of their meeting.

Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan combined for 50 points throughout the game, 10 of which came in a 16-2 run to end the fourth quarter.

The Houston Rockets needed a couple of late free throws to seal a narrow win over the New York Knicks.

James Harden had put the team in a strong position by scoring 37 points, but a Knicks fightback left Aaron Brooks to make the free throws for the Rockets with 17 seconds left.

The Los Angeles Lakers won for the first time in seven outings, comfortably beating the Utah Jazz.

The injury-hit side were led by Pau Gasol, who finished the game with 23 points and 17 rebounds, while Kendall Marshall added a career-high 20 points.

The Toronto Raptors extended their winning run to five games with a victory over the Washington Wizards.

The visitors had four players score more than 17 points, led by DeMar DeRozan, as they opened up a comfortable lead in a strong third quarter to set up the win.

The Denver Nuggets have ended their eight-game losing streak by beating the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies had fought back in the third quarter, but Ty Lawson hit a three-pointer inside the final minute to clinch the win.

The Boston Celtics lost for the sixth time in seven games as they hosted the New Orleans Pelicans.

Anthony Davis led the team with 23 points, but it was a late shot from Tyreke Evans that made sure of the win for the visitors.
