Jordan Clarkson bemoans double overtime

Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson believes that the team should not have needed double overtime to beat the Chicago Bulls.

Jordan Clarkson has said that the Los Angeles Lakers should have avoided double overtime in their narrow win over the Chicago Bulls.

The Lakers ended a nine-game losing streak with their 123-118 victory, but let a nine-point lead slip in the final 70 seconds of regulation before needing two overtime periods to clinch the win.

The rookie guard told reporters: "It felt good to have the win, but I wish it didn't have to go two overtimes. I should have taken care of the ball and been more aggressive, but we got it done."

Clarkson scored 18 points during the victory.
