Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden believes that the team gave up "too many points" during their 145-130 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

James Harden has admitted that the Houston Rockets gave up "too many points" during last night's win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Rockets had their highest-scoring game of the season, but struggled to stop their opponents during the 145-130 victory.

The shooting guard, who was the team's leading scorer, told reporters: "We had it going. We still gave up too many points, more than we wanted to, but we still got it going. Tonight was a tough game, a weird game."

The Rockets face the Denver Nuggets later today.
