The Cleveland Cavaliers have reportedly identified Joel Embiid as their first choice for the number one overall Draft pick.

The Cavaliers will have the top pick in next month's Draft for the third time in the last four seasons following this week's lottery.

Sources have told ESPN that the team have the seven-foot center at the top of their Draft board, but that they are seeking more information on a stress fracture that he suffered in his back earlier this year.

Embiid averaged 11.2 points per game during the college season.
