Washington Wizards beat Chicago Bulls in overtime

The Washington Wizards take a 2-0 lead in their playoff series against the Chicago Bulls with an overtime win.

The Washington Wizards needed overtime to seal a 101-99 win over the Chicago Bulls, giving them a 2-0 lead in their first-round playoff series.

The Bulls led for much of the game, with Joakim Noah, DJ Augustin and Taj Gibson all scoring over 20 points, but tired in the fourth quarter.

Bradley Beal led the Wizards back into the game, finishing with 26 to force the tie into overtime.

In the extra period, Nene scored the first six points to give Washington the lead, and the Bulls were unable to respond.

Washington host their first game of the series on Friday.
