Mo Farah has dismissed the notion that he has ever taken performance-enhancing drugs.
In a recent BBC Panaroma documentary, it was alleged that the British distance runner's coach Alberto Salazar and his training partner Galen Rupp had violated anti-doping rules.
Further allegations have since been made against Salazar and while there has never been any suggestion of wrongdoing by Farah, there have been calls for the double Olympic champion to prove himself.
"It's taken me half of my life to be able to achieve what I have achieved. For people to think that I've taken a shortcut, it's not right and it's not fair. For this picture to be painted of me, it's not right. I'm 100% clean. I love what I do and I want to continue winning medals," the 32-year-old told Sky Sports News.
"I want people to know I'm 100% clean. I'm not on any drugs, any thyroids or any other medication. The only medication I am on is for asthma and I've had that since I was child."
Farah recently held a face-to-face meeting with Salazar, who he claimed has denied all the allegations and insists that he will prove his innocence.
However, when asked what would happen if the accusations against the 56-year-old were to ultimately be validated, Farah replied: "Boom, I'm gone."
Farah linked up with Salazar at his base in Oregon four years ago.
