Usain Bolt's Jamaica wins 4x100m relay ahead of England

Usain Bolt's Jamaica team wins the Commonwealth Games men's 4x100m relay gold medal, with England's quartet of sprinters claiming silver.

Jamaica have won the gold medal in the Commonwealth Games men's 4x100m relay competition, beating England into silver.

The home nation, fronted by Adam Gemili, were head to head with the Jamaicans coming into the final leg.

However Usain Bolt, arguably the star attraction of the Glasgow games, produced a grandstand finish to see off Danny Talbot and cross the line about five metres ahead of his rival.

Bolt's all-conquering team also set a new Games record of 37.58.
