Rob Bironas signs new Tennessee Titans contract

Kicker Rob Bironas will remain with the Tennessee Titans for the next two years after signing a new deal with the team.

The Tennessee Titans have announced that they have re-signed Rob Bironas for the next two seasons.

The kicker has spent his entire eight-year NFL career at the Titans, never missing a game during that time.

The 35-year-old told The Tennessean: "I've said all along that this is where I wanted to be. I am ecstatic to continue my career as a Titan."

Bironas made 25 of his 31 field goal attempts in 2012, his lowest conversion rate since 2006.
