Seattle Seahawks' Heath Farwell: 'We want to break record'

Seattle Seahawks special-teams captain Heath Farwell reveals that he and his teammates are desperate to break the punt-return yards record this season.

Seattle Seahawks special-teams captain Heath Farwell has admitted that he and his teammates will be delighted to break the NFL record for fewest punt return yards allowed in a season.

The Seahawks have allowed just 15 yards on returns through 13 games this season and will break the record if they can avoid allowing 34 more yards in their remaining three matches.

"If we can break a record, that's definitely something we can take pride in," Farwell told the Seattle Times. "That's something we have been eyeballing for a while."

Pete Carroll's side face the New York Giants in their week 15 clash.
