San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh reveals his disappointment with both Vernon Davis and Alex Boone.

San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh has revealed that he is unhappy with tight end Vernon Davis and guard Alex Boone after the duo failed to attend a mandatory mini-camp.

Davis insisted last week that he planned on attending the mini-camp, but later changed his mind as he indicated that he would hold out in order to push for a new deal.

"I'm disappointed in that decision for them not to be here. [It's] not the decision I envision being the 49er way," Harbaugh said, ESPN reports.

With Davis and Boone both not attending, they are likely to receive fines from the franchise which will continue to rise depending on whether or not they decide to skip all three days.
