Frank Gore hoping for strong performance from offensive line

San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore hopes that a good performance from the team's offensive line will allow him to pick up rushing yards this weekend.

Frank Gore has said that he hopes the San Francisco 49ers' offensive line has a good performance against the Seattle Seahawks this weekend.

The running back has recorded more rushing yards against the Seahawks than any other player.

The 30-year-old told the team's website: "If my o-line opens the holes, I'll run. Some of the times when I had success, that's what it was. My o-line did a great job.

"We'll see what they bring to the table. I want to see what they'll do now. [49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick] showed he can run, throw, block, laughs, I want to see what they do now. It should be a good game Sunday."

The two sides meet at Century Link Field on Sunday.
