San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick will play against the Arizona Cardinals despite appearing in the team's injury report with a foot complaint.
The San Francisco 49ers have insisted that Colin Kaepernick's foot injury will not limit him against the Arizona Cardinals this weekend.
The quarterback is listed as probable on the NFC West side's injury report, but has practised as normal this week.
Head coach Jim Harbaugh told reporters: "It's well-documented about the injury reports. Any type of ailment, injury, however you define it, has got to be on the injury report. He's on the report."
While Kaepernick is expected to play, linebacker Patrick Willis, defensive tackle Justin Smith and guard Alex Boone are among those listed as questionable for tomorrow's game.
