Three teams interested in Desmond Bishop

Free agent linebacker Desmond Bishop is weighing up offers from several NFL teams after being cut by the Green Bay Packers last week.

Desmond Bishop has said that he has received interest from a number of teams in the NFL.

The linebacker was released by the Green Bay Packers last week, but has already visited the Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs.

The 28-year-old told NFL Radio: "The [New York] Giants and Jacksonville [Jaguars] are the next two that are interested.

"Actually, the [San Francisco 49ers] called but of course, you know, they're kind of set over there.

"I appreciate their interest in me regardless. But the Giants, which is a real good situation, and Jacksonville as well."

NFL.com reports that Bishop is weighing up offers from the Chiefs, Giants, Vikings.
