New York Jets running back Mike Goodson reveals that he suffered tears to his MCL and ACL during his side's defeat to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL.
New York Jets running back Mike Goodson has confirmed that he has suffered tears to both his MCL and ACL that will almost certainly rule him out for the season.
The 26-year-old sustained the injury in the fourth quarter of his side's defeat to the Pittsburgh Steelers when he attempted to tackle Lawrence Timmons following an interception.
Goodson wrote on Twitter: "MRI Shows that I Tore My MCL and ACL yesterday..... Not to happy right now But Everything Happens for a reason! #LetGoAndLetGod."
The running back had rushed for 61 yards in two games and also had 19 receiving yards on two receptions.
