New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul will miss his side's clash with Washington Redskins on Sunday following a shoulder injury.

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul will not feature as his side take on the Washington Redskins this Sunday.

Pierre-Paul, arguably one of the league's most effective pass-rushers, has been ruled out of the game following a shoulder injury.

Instead, the Giants are thought to be considering giving more game experience to both Damontre Moore and Markus Kuhn as they plan for the future.

The Giants currently sit in third position in the NFC East Division and look to have already missed out on playoff contention this campaign.
