Eli Manning: "It's frustrating not winning"

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning says that it is frustrating to lose the first six games of the 2013 season.

Eli Manning has said that it is "frustrating" not to have won a game so far this season.

The New York Giants were beaten 27-21 by the Chicago Bears last night, leaving them at the bottom of the NFC East division.

The quarterback told reporters: "It's frustrating not winning. And it's frustrating because I don't feel like I'm doing my part to get this team some wins and some chances. That's the frustrating part.

"I feel like our guys are fighting hard. Guys are doing their parts, and I need to start doing mine. We kind of made some things happen, scrambling around a little bit, buying time, getting guys open and guys made plays. Again, I felt confident we could go down there, have a good drive, and go win that game.

"I feel bad for my teammates. I feel bad for my coaches. Everybody is fighting every day, and I'm fighting too. I'm trying to get a win for these guys, but you know, it's tough. It's definitely tough at times when you don't feel like you're playing your best."

Manning has thrown 15 interceptions and been sacked 16 times so far this season.
