The Indianapolis Colts have announced that tight end Dwayne Allen is doubtful for their clash with the Miami Dolphins.

The 23-year-old sustained a hip injury in the Colts' week one victory over the Oakland Raiders and has missed practice all week.

Indianapolis originally placed Allen as questionable on their injury report, but his continued struggles have forced them to downgrade him to doubtful.

Allen caught a 20-yard touchdown pass in the Colts win over the Raiders last week.
