James Jones: 'We were always confident of beating Dallas Cowboys'

Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones admits that he and his teammates were confident of beating the Dallas Cowboys despite trailing by 23 points at half time.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones has admitted that everyone on his side was confident they could come back to beat the Dallas Cowboys.

The Packers trailed the Cowboys by 23 points at half time in their clash last week but came back to win 37-36 at AT & T Stadium to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Jones told ProFootballTalk.com: "When we walked into the locker room at halftime, every single person that walked into that locker room was yelling and screaming, 'Get it in your head, get it in your mind right now, we are going to win this game.

"We are going to come back and win this game.' Nobody was in there moping, nobody came in there sad. 'What are we going to do? We're losing.' Everybody was upbeat like, 'Let's just get our stuff together and come out and win the game.'

"It rubbed off on everybody and we came out of halftime with a lot of energy and played Packer football. An unbelievable win for us."

Mike McCarthy's side are 7-6-1 in their season going into week 16.
