Mike McCarthy not changing Green Bay Packers approach

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy is adamant that his side's gameplan will not change for their NFC divisional-round clash against the Dallas Cowboys.

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy has insisted that his side will not alter their gameplan against the Dallas Cowboys, despite quarterback Aaron Rodgers's struggle with a calf injury.

Rodgers sustained a reoccurrence of his injury in the final game of the regular season, which forced him to miss an offensive series against the Detroit Lions.

The 30-year-old has been recovering during the bye week, and McCarthy is confident enough to go with their plan as normal for the NFC divisional-round match against the Cowboys.

"We have a game plan and he looks like he's moving fine to me," McCarthy told reporters.

"Right now, we're not going to change anything in our approach on how we want to attack Dallas's defense."

Green Bay face the Cowboys at Lambeau Field for a place in the NFC championship game on Sunday.
