Report: John Elway won't meet with Julius Thomas's agent

Denver Broncos tight end Julius Thomas expects to leave in free agency as no meeting is planned with general manager John Elway, according to reports.

Denver Broncos general manager John Elway reportedly has no plans to meet with the agent of tight end Julius Thomas.

Elway is expected to meet with the agents of nearly all of the players heading for free agency, with many of them set to sign long-term deals.

However, according to The Denver Post, he does not have any plans to sit down with Frank Bauer, which suggests that Thomas could be preparing for the free agency market.

It has previously been reported that Thomas has already turned down an offer from the organisation, and so it would appear that his time in Denver is drawing to a close.

The Broncos will also be focusing on securing the future of veteran quarterback Peyton Manning ahead of the new season.
