Cleveland Browns tight end Jordan Cameron scores the only touchdown in the first half of their game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Cleveland Browns have a four-point lead over the Cincinnati Bengals at half time in the all-AFC North clash.

The Browns grabbed the lead late in the first quarter, as tight end Jordan Cameron hauled in a two-yard pass from Brian Hoyer.

The Cleveland defense was able to restrict their AFC North rivals as they tried to level the scores, but Mike Nugent added a 25-yard field goal to get the Bengals off the mark.

Billy Cundiff had a chance to extend the lead for Cleveland just before half time, but his attempt at the posts was just wide.

Barkevious Mingo claimed the only sack of the first half, bringing down Andy Dalton at the start of the second quarter.
