Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict suffers concussion again, making it the second time already this NFL season.

Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict could miss his side's week three encounter after suffering concussion for the second time already this season.

Burfict appears on the side's injury report with a concussion this week, making it two within the space of seven days, which could leave him requiring a multi-week absence to recover.

Losing the NFL's leading tackler in 2013 would be a major blow for the Bengals, given that he has performed so effectively, most recently in his side's victory over the Atlanta Falcons last weekend.

Should Burfict not make this weekend's encounter, the side could look to call on either Vincent Rey or Jayson DiManche to fill his position.
