Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett has revealed that he wants to "punch" Washington Redskins safety Brandon Meriweather in the face.
Meriweather was banned by the NFL for breaching their rules on safety following two helmet-to-helmet hits on Bears receivers Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey.
"He's a scumbag," Bennett told radio station WSCR. "I still want to punch him in the face."
The Bears are 4-3 in their season following their defeat to the Redskins.
