Doug Marrone: We're "excited" for EJ Manuel return

Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone reveals that quarterback EJ Manuel will be fit to face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone has revealed that quarterback EJ Manuel will return for his side on Sunday after a month out with an injury.

Manuel has been out of action for four games after picking up a knee injury in his side's defeat to the Cleveland Browns but has made strides in his recovery in recent weeks and should be fit to face the Pittsburgh Steelers.

"He's done a very good job," Marrone told the club's official website. "It was a challenge for him not being out there for four weeks. So we worked very hard on the mental aspect and the preparation aspect.

"He did a great job of that. He came out there this week and had a good week of practice. So we're excited about putting him back out there on the field."

The Bills are 3-6 in their season going into week 10.
