Aaron Ross tears Achilles in conditioning test

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Aaron Ross is expected to miss the entire 2014 NFL season after tearing his Achilles during a conditioning test.

The Baltimore Ravens have announced that Aaron Ross tore his Achilles while taking part in a conditioning test this morning.

The cornerback joined the AFC North side as a free agent last month after missing all but four games last season with a back injury.

Head coach John Harbaugh confirmed to reporters that the 31-year-old sustained the injury during a training camp session this morning.

It is expected that the injury will keep him on the sidelines for the entire 2014 season.
